When I began my career, I was super excited and really wanted to make a big splash. I was on the lookout for mentors, people who could show me the ropes and help me handle the tough stuff that comes with working in the big business world.

It wasn't easy, though. The business world can be pretty rough, and there were times I felt lost, not sure what to do next. I always wanted to be a leader, but figuring out the right moves was tricky. Sometimes, I couldn't find anyone to give me advice, especially when I was new and trying to teach others who had been around a lot longer than me.

I tried to find my own way of doing things, but then my boss told me I had to play it safe, not rock the boat too much. That was tough to hear because what I loved most was teaching and helping others grow.

Things got even harder when I faced unfair treatment because of where I'm from. It was really painful and made me feel like I didn't belong. But I didn't give up. I realized that the challenges I faced were because some saw me as a threat. Despite the tough times, working crazy hours, and facing unfairness, I kept going because I knew I had more to offer.

Eventually, I understood that I needed a change. After a lot of rejection and self-doubt, I finally found a job where people listened and learned from me. It turned out that all my hard work and the tough times had made me stronger and a better leader.

That's why I started my own coaching place, Immanuel Williams. I wanted to create a spot where anyone could learn to be a fantastic leader, no matter their background. We teach folks how to lead with kindness, respect, and strength.

Now, I've helped over a thousand people become better leaders. I show them that no matter the challenges, you can lead in a way that's true to you and makes a real difference. Our academy is all about helping people grow and become leaders who care and make the workplace better for everyone.
